Auto authentication : Specify if you automatically
exchange authentication codes with the other
party for packet communication or 64K data
communication or data transfer by connecting
with PC.

To set "ON", perform authentication and enter
4-8 digit Auth code: Terminal (FOMA terminal)
and Auth code: PC (the other party) and press

Ph.book image sending : Specify if you send image
saved in the phonebook along with all items of the
phonebook entries.

Recorded sound can be saved in an external device as
well as in FOMA terminal or attached to i-mode mail to
send.

Data is saved with formats and titles below :
File format : MP4 (MobileMP4)
Encoding method : AMR Extension : 3gp
Title : Recording date/time is automatically set. The file
name can be changed. → P238

Times vary by the quality and size restriction, etc.
◆ Recording sound

The sound is recorded from the microphone.

Record the sound in as quiet place as possible where
environmental noise is little.
･
A recording confirmation sound (shutter sound) is
emitted even when volume setting is "Silent" or in
Silent mode or Public mode.

Indicate the usage rate of the memory. During
recording/pausing, indicate the ratio of the
recorded sound size to the file size set in Size
restrictions.

heard, appears on the display and sound
recording starts. During recording, the light flashes
in red.
