INFORMATION

On the Still image settings screen, press

to display the
number of images that can be shot. The displayed value is
the number of images that can be shot with the in-camera
when the cursor is on "Image size:IN camera" or "Size
restrict:IN Cam" and with the out-camera when not. The
number displayed here is an approximate value.

On the Recording settings screen, press
m
to display the
recording time available for movie/sound. The recording
time of movie/sound displayed here is an approximate
value.

The image size of SXGA (960

1280) for still image and
"Msg attach:Small" for size restriction cannot be set at the
same time.
･
The setting of shutter sound is reflected to Shutter sound
and Movie camera sound in System sound.

Setting shooting method before
shooting
Various ways of shooting such as Zoom, Auto timer,
Macro shooting and Light are available for camera of the
FOMA terminal.

◆ Zooming
Change shooting magnifications and shoot an object by
zooming.

The image sizes and available magnifications are as
shown below.

and zooming factor changes.
During still image shooting
The range available is from (Standard) to
(Maximum zoom) for out-camera, and 1 (Standard)
and 2 for in-camera.
During movie recording
The values available are

◆ Using Auto timer <Auto timer>
Since the shutter is automatically released after the
specified time elapses, you can take your own picture and
avoid blurring of images due to hand movement.

Point the camera at the object and

Synchronized with the countdown sound, the light
flashes in green. An approximate remaining time
before shooting and the remaining number of
seconds are displayed on the indicator and counter.
Frequencies of the countdown sound and light
flashing go faster when the remaining time is
reduced to a few seconds.
When the countdown finishes, the shutter sound is
emitted, the light turns on in red and a still image is
shot.
