Security Settings

INFORMATION
･
Even with Lock on close, making a call by pressing the
switch of Flat-plug Earphone/Microphone with Switch
(optional) is available.
･
When Lock on close is "ON", it is activated by turning the
power OFF and ON. Lock on close is activated after
Omakase Lock, if active, is canceled.
･
The functions below are available.
- Turning power ON/OFF
- Receiving a voice or videophone call
- Auto update of Data Center
- Switching displaying/hiding calendar layout
- Receiving i-mode mail, MessageR/F, SMS

- Starting Omakase Lock
- Reactions to Location request
- Safety alarm
- Silent alarm
- Power OFF notice
- Keitai search of Omamorimokon
* When receiving with the FOMA terminal open, none of receiving
actions such as displaying the receiving or reception result screen,
emitting ring alert are not taken.
◆ Indicating lock status with a light

You can set if the status of the loss protection lock or Lock
on close is to be notified with sub-display section and
light.

When Security indicator is set
･
If FOMA terminal is folded while Lock on close is "ON",
"ON" appears on the sub-display section and the light
blinks in blue for approximately 3 seconds. Note that
when the light flashes in red for approximately 3
seconds, it indicates that Lock on close was not
activated. Folding FOMA terminal blinks the red light
for approximately 3 seconds depending on the Lock
after phone close. When the specified time has arrived,
"ON" appears on the sub-display section and the blue
light blinks for approximately 3 seconds to notify that
Lock on close has started.

If Loss protection is activated while it is "ON", "ON"
appears on the sub-display section, the light blinks in
blue for approximately 3 seconds and the FOMA
terminal is locked.
Restricting calls/mail/data transfer
Accepting/rejecting calls from
specified phone numbers
Accepting/rejecting incoming call can be set for each
phone number saved in the FOMA terminal phonebook.

To use this function, specifying Accept/Reject call for
each phone number and Specified caller setting are
required. The settings and the operations of Accept/
Reject call are as listed below.
* A call from a specified phone number is disconnected without
activating ring alert and the caller hears a busy tone.
･
This function is activated only when the other party
sends caller ID.
･
Rejected calls are recorded as missed calls.
･
If Ring time is set to "0 Sec." for Voice Mail Service or
Call Forwarding Service, Voice Mail Service or Call
Forwarding Service is activated and the call is not
stored as a received call.
･
Combination of Caller ID request service and
Anonymous caller is recommended when used.
