Speech rate :
Set the text read out speed.
Language :
Set the voice unique to the language used
for reading out text.

To play back a sample voice, tap [Listen to an
example].

To enable the settings of application or functions
supporting text-to-speech at all times, mark [Always
use my settings].
Enable the accessibility applications which respond to
user operations with sound and vibration or read out text.
･
By default, accessibility applications are not registered.
You can obtain accessibility applications and install to
the terminal to set "Accessibility".
