Setting Public mode (Power OFF)

Public mode (Power OFF) is an automatic answering 
service used to ensure good manners in public places.
Set Public mode (Power OFF) to play a message for the 
caller stating you are somewhere the terminal must be 
turned off (hospital, airplane, near priority seats on a train, 
etc.), when the terminal is turned off or in airplane mode, 
and the call will be disconnected.

Make a setting by dialing. Voice guidance informs you 
how to make/cancel the setting.
