Even after the call mode setting changes to on, voice
communication and data communication may not
immediately change from 3G to LTE (4G).
Entering touch-tone signals
When using services in which you are required to enter
numbers additionally during a call, such as a bank
balance inquiry or ticket reservation, enter a pause (,)/
wait (;) after entering the phone number to send an
additional number added to the main phone number.
Adding a 2-second pause (,)
Once the call connects, the added number will be sent
automatically after about 2 seconds.
