Notes about adapters

Always charge where at an appropriate temperature
(5°C to 35°C).
z
Do not charge in these locations.
Where there is much humidity, dust, or vibration
Near an electronic device (TV, radio, etc.)

An adapter may become warm while charging, but is
normal. Continue use/charging.
z
If charging using a DC adapter, do not use with the
vehicle s engine turned off.
May drain the vehicle s battery.
z
If using an outlet with a protector to prevent
unplugging, follow the instructions for the outlet.
z
Do not subject to strong impact. Do not deform the
charging terminal.
May cause malfunction.
Notes about the docomo nano UIM
card

Do not apply unnecessary force when inserting/
removing the docomo nano UIM card.
z
Customer is responsible for malfunction caused by
use after having inserted the docomo nano UIM card
in an other-brand IC card reader/writer, etc.
z
Clean the IC area from time to time to maintain it in
clean condition.
Use in a soiled condition may prevent normal use.
z
Wipe clean with a dry, soft cloth (such as for eye
glasses).
z
Be sure to back up the data you saved on the docomo
nano UIM card to a microSD card or PC, or make a
separate note.
DOCOMO is not responsible for any saved data that is
lost.
z
To protect the environment, take old docomo nano
UIM cards to where they are collected such as a
docomo Shop.
z
Do not scratch, carelessly touch, or short-circuit the
IC.
May cause data to be erased or may cause
malfunction.

Do not drop or subject the docomo nano UIM card to
impact.
May cause malfunction.

Do not bend the docomo nano UIM card or place
heavy objects on it.
May cause malfunction.

Do not install the docomo nano UIM card in the
handset with a label or sticker on it.
