Wipe off any dust on the power plug.
Using while dusty may cause fire, burns, electric
shock, etc.
Insert the power plug of the adapter in the
outlet or accessory socket firmly.
Failure to do so may cause fire, burns, electric
shock, etc.
When unplugging from an outlet or accessory
socket, grasp the adapter body and do not pull
the cord or otherwise subject it to excessive
force.
Pulling the cord of the adapter may damage it and
cause fire, burns, electric shock, etc.
Insert or remove the connector of the adapter
in/from the handset without bending or
applying force such as pulling the cord.
Not inserting/removing it correctly may cause fire,
burns, injury, or electric shock.
Cease using the adapter immediately if the
charging terminal is bent or otherwise
deformed. Also, do not repair the charging
terminal to use the adapter.
Short-circuiting of the charging terminal may cause
fire, burns, injury, electric shock, etc.
When not in use, unplug from the outlet or
accessory socket.
Leaving it plugged in may cause fire, burns, electric
shock, etc.
If splashed with water or other liquid
(beverage, sweat, seawater, pet urine, etc.),
immediately unplug from the outlet or
accessory socket.
May cause fire, burns, electric shock, etc.
Always unplug the power plug from the outlet
or accessory socket before cleaning the
equipment.
Cleaning while still plugged in may cause fire,
burns, electric shock, etc.
CAUTION
Do not touch an adapter continuously when
connected to an outlet or accessory socket.

5. Handling the docomo nano UIM
card
CAUTION
Be careful not to scratch yourself (finger, etc.)
with the edges when handling the docomo
nano UIM card.
Edges may be sharp and cause injury.
