warranty and are made at charge.

If the warranty period has expired
The handset can be repaired at cost upon request.

Period that parts are stocked
Repair parts (for maintaining handset performance) are
usually stocked for at least 4 years after end of
production.
For details on servicing when requesting repairs, see the
NTT DOCOMO website.
However, repairs might not be possible depending on the
location of malfunction/breakage if repair parts are not in
stock. For details, contact a docomo-designated repair
counter.

Do not modify the handset or accessories.

May cause fire, injuries, or malfunction.

A handset that has been modified can be accepted
for repairs only after receiving the customer's
acknowledgment that modified components will be
returned to as they were. However, the handset may
be refused for repairs depending on how it has been
modified.
The following instances may be deemed to be
modifications.
Stickers, etc. placed over the display or keys
Ornamentation adhered to the handset with glue,
etc.
Replacing the exterior or other component with a
non-docomo-brand item, etc.

Malfunction or damage due to modification will be
subject to repairs at cost even if within the warranty
period.

Information such as function settings may cleared
(reset) through malfunction, repair, or other handling of
the handset. In this instance, make settings again.
Making settings may incur packet transmission fees.

After the handset has been repaired, its MAC address
for using Wi-Fi and its Bluetooth address may be
changed regardless of the malfunction location.

Note that a cash card or other magnetically sensitive
item brought near the handset may become unusable.

Although the handset is water-resistant, if water seeps
into the interior of the handset or if moisture from
humidity collects on the handset, immediately power it
off, remove the battery pack, and visit a docomo-
designated repair counter. However, repairs may not be
possible depending on the condition of the handset.
