INSTALLATION:
Stand the unit on table/shelf, etc., or mount the unit with the two screws included
(inside battery compartment) or attach with included adhesive tape.
BATTERY INSTALLATION:
Unlock the device from its adjustable bracket by pulling the unit out, and removing the battery cover.
Follow the polarity instructions (see drawing) to insert 3pcs AA battery (not included). Replace the battery cover.
OPERATION:
HOW TO USE AS A LIGHT:
Slide the switch to
. A red LED will illuminate indicating the device is entering LIGHT MODE. This will take 30 seconds.
WHEN THE LIGHT IN THE ROOM BECOMES DIM
, a bright white LED will turn on for 60 seconds when motion within its monitored
area is detected.
HOW TO USE AS AN ALARM:
Unlock the device from its adjustable bracket by pulling the unit out.
Slide the switch on the back to INSTANT for the instantly triggered alarm mode; or to DELAY for 7 second delayed alarm mode.
(The
DELAY mode is designed to give the user time to approach the unit and turn it on or off or switch modes without triggering the alarm)
Insert the device back into the bracket.
Slide the switch to . A red LED will illuminate as the device enters ALARM MODE. This will take 30 seconds.
Once the device detects any motion in its monitored area, the alarm will sound off for 20 seconds and the white LED will flash. Select
from INSTANT mode or for the unit to trigger after 7 seconds (DELAY mode).
NOTES:
For optimum performance, it is suggested that this product be installed at least 3 feet above the ground.
If the red LED begins to flash every 10 seconds, the battery needs to be replaced.
Slide the switch to OFF to turn off light or stop the alarm sound manually at any time.
WARNING:
The high pitched alarm may be harmful if triggered in close proximity to the ears.
This product is not recommended for use in the rain.
This device contains small parts and is not suitable for children.

during the warranty period. This warranty only applies to products purchased and serviced in U.S.A./CANADA

original purchase is required for warranty service.

LIMITED WARRANTY LIMITS AND EXCLUSIONS:
The Warranty ONLY COVERS failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, and DOES NOT COVER normal wear and tear or cosmetic
damage. The warranty ALSO DOES NOT COVER damages which occurred in shipment, or failures which are caused by products not supplied By
Doberman, or failures which result from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, faulty installation, set-up
adjustments, miss-adjustment of consumer controls, improper maintenance, power line surge, lighting damage, modification, rental use of the product,
serviced by anyone other that a factory service center or other unauthorized service, or damage that is attributable to acts of God.
THERE ARE NO EXPRESS WARRANTIES EXCEPT AS LISTED UNDER “LIMITED WARRANTY COVERAGE”. DOBERMAN IS NOT LIABLE FOR
INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS
WARRANTY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF GOODWILL, PROFITS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR ANY
ASSOCIATED EQUIPMENT, COST OF SUBSTITUTE EQUIPMENT, DOWNTIME COSTS, OR CLAIMS OF ANY PARTY DEALING WITH BUYER
FOR SUCH DAMAGES.
(As examples, this excludes damages for lost time, cost of having someone remove or re-install an installed unit if applicable, travel to and from the

THE LIMITED WARRANTY.
