To View an Image Using the Overexposure Tool

Click the Overexposure
icon.

Click the Overexposure icon again to revert to the original view of the image.
Region of Interest (ROI)
The ROI feature lets you define a specific area of the sample in order to perform various actions on it,
either in Preview mode, Start mode or on a saved image. In Preview mode you can view the
Histogram of the selected area. In Start mode or with a saved image you can crop, save, copy and
view the Histogram. The Revert option is only available with a saved image.
To Define a Region of Interest

In Preview/Start mode or in a saved image, click the ROI
icon.
A green frame will appear on screen, as seen in the image below.

Adjust the image size or position. You can either stretch the pivot points on the frame or mouse-
left click and drag down to open a new frame of a region of interest.

Point the mouse anywhere within the green frame and right click to display the menu options.
