SENSOR INPUT PT100 2 or 3 WIRES
ADJUSTABLE TEMPERATURE RANGES ON THE FRONT
DOUBLE VOLTAGE AND CURRENT OUTPUT (SOURCEE / SINK)
DOUBLE POWER SUPPLY 230 VAC ISOLATED AND 24 VDC
DESCRIPTION
Converter of the temperature captured by a 2 or 3
-
wire Pt100 sensor, into a proportional voltage and current
output signal (Source / Sink).
The temperature and output signal ranges are configured easily and with great precision on the front, being
protected by a hinged cover.
It is protected by complying with EMC standards for industrial applications.
It has isolated power supply in alternating 230VAC and in continuous 24VDC with wide margins.
The connection is made through coded plug
-
in terminals, which facilitate the rapid exchange of modules without
the need for rewiring, and protect against mistakes.

SCALE CALIBRATION
(EXAMPLE 0
-
100ºC <> 0
-
10V)
1. Connect the 24VDC or 230VAC power supply.
2. Apply a Pt100 simulator at the input, or a
Pt100 probe generating the calibration tempera-
tures, and a measuring instrument at the
output V.
3. Before proceeding with the adjustment, keep
it for at least 15 minutes, so that the transmitter
and the measuring instrument are thermally
stabilized.
4. Select, with the Pt100 simulator, the desired
start
-
of
-
scale temperature value.
5. Adjust the START of scale output V.
1. Select the start of
scale range with the
ZERO microswitch
-
start
-
2. Turn the ZERO rotary
microswitch, selecting
the closest value.
3. Adjust to the exact
value with the fine
ZERO potentiometer.
6. Select the desired end
-
of
-
scale temperature value
with the Pt100 simulator.
7. Adjust the END of scale output V.
8. Re
-
adjust the start and end of the scale, using
only the fine adjustments, until the desired scale is
obtained in the output.
1. Select the end of scale
range with the SPAN
microswitch
-
end
-
2. Turn the SPAN rotary
microswitch, selecting the
closest value.
3. Adjust to the exact
value with the fine SPAN
potentiometer.
