*) A 96k Frame signal will force scaling factor to 2 FS temporarily.
If the clock source is set to AES, word clock or MADI input no ad-
justment of the base rate is possible - the measured frequency of the
clock source is indicated then.
If both LEDs for the base sample rates are OFF, the signal is out of
range.
