Preparing to Run an Extraction

Selecting and Preparing Solvent
Do not use solvents with an autoignition point of 40 to 200 °C
(104 to 392 °F). The table below is a partial list of solvents that
should not be used with the ASE 100. If you have a question
about solvent suitability, contact Dionex.
