Piston Rod and Pump Installation

1. The piston rod and V-packings of DP-X3

and DP-X5 are replaceable, as below.

2. Install the pump assembly back to the

gear box.

a. Move pump rod up or down until cap

is level with the opening in the yoke.

b. Push on pump rod to slide pump

assembly back on to mounting pins.

3. Put on the front cover and fix the screws.

4. Install any hoses removed earlier.
5. Plug sprayer into power source.

NOTE:

Door must be fully closed and

latched before sprayer will operate.
