Introduction 

Operated with a system having a VGA-Extender cat.5 
cable, this product divides a signal transmitted by the cat.5 
cable into 1/4/8 identical RJ-45 output signals by the RJ-45 
connector input of the DC-53402/DC-53602/DC-53702.

Installation 

1. Connect the VGA-Extender local unit RJ-45 output 

connector and DC-53402/DC-53602/DC-53702 RJ-45 
input connector with CAT.5 cable. 

2. Connect the DC-53402/DC-53602/DC-53702 RJ-45 

output connector and VGA-Extender remote unit with 
CAT.5 cable. 

3. EQ and GAIN compensates the loss caused by the 

length of the cable, and the VGA output can be 
connected to a monitor to view the image quality.   

Note:

 Excessive EQ and GAIN compensation may cause 

incorrect decoding of the VGA-Extender remote unit,
