Installation

Mounting

Do not locate this luminaire closer than 200mm from any flammable surface.

It is imperative that a gap of 200mm is left around the unit. This is to allow air to circulate and
prevent overheating. The location must have free ventilation and must not have a ambient
temperature higher than that specified for the luminaire.

Using Mounting Plate

1.

Remove the rubber feet from the bottom of the lightsource.

2.

Push fit 3 of the expansion fittings into the holes vacated by the feet as shown.  DO NOT fit an
expansion fitting into the foot hole at the rear below the push buttons.

3.

Place the mounting plate on the base ass shown and push the remaining expansion fitting through
the plate into the hole that does not have one fitted.

4.

Fit all 4 screws and tighten.  Do not over tighten.

5.

Secure lightsource to desired mounting surface using suitable fasteners.

Without Mounting Plate

Simply locate the light source on a flat surface with adequate ventilation.

Fibre

1.

Completely loosen the locking screw
from the fibre port.

2.

Slide the fibre optic common end into
the fibre port.

3.

Tighten the lock screw to secure the
common end in place.
