CT (Command Mode Timeout)
Sets or reads the period of inactivity (that is, no valid commands received) after which the RF module
automatically exits AT Command Mode and returns to Idle Mode. This time period can be up to ten
minutes.

0x64 (10 seconds)
CN (Exit Command mode)
Immediately exits Command Mode and applies pending changes.
