Screen Messages
This section lists the messages you may encounter while operating
the Trek Portable. A few of the messages are prompts and others are
warning messages as described below

Description…
This warning message appears when the batteries are getting
weak. Replace them as soon as possible or switch to the DC 3V
Power Supply. The (Battery) characters will flash over the
current display and a warning tone will sound every fifteen
minutes (if the Beep Option is activated). The display will return
to the previous screen to allow you to finish what you were doing.
If you insert a Voicedata S card that has already been formatted
for use in the Quest Portable, the warning (Delete) followed
by (All) will flash on the display screen. To format the card
for use in the Trek Portable, press the Del (21) button.
This warning will flash 15 seconds before the end of the
recording time in the folder currently selected on the display
screen. If the Beep Option is activated, a warning tone will also
sound. At the end of the recording time,
(Full) will flash
continually and the tone will sound.
If you move the slide control (7) to Play when a voice message is
not selected on the display screen, the prompt (Stop) will
appear. To continue operating the Trek Portable, return the slide
control to the Stop position.
