Battery Pack Replacement Instructions
These instructions contain safety information, read and follow them carefully.
Dialight will not accept any responsibility for injury, damage or loss which may occur due to incorrect installation, operation
or maintenance.
Note: Save these instructions for future use
ATTENTION:
It is important to
understand that by replacing the ‘battery pack’ in the luminaire, could affect the warranty of
the luminaire. Dialight is not responsible for damage to the luminaire due to water ingress after replacement.
BATTERY LIFE
: The battery pack should be replaced every
3 years
ATTENTION
: Luminaire requires a minimum of
24 hours
of normal operation before the batteries are fully charged
WARNING
• Confirm before replacing the battery pack that the replacement battery pack matches the original battery pack
• Failure to leave the luminaire enclosure free from debris upon completion of installation may cause short circuits and
void all warranties
• The use of accessory equipment not recommended by Dialight may cause unsafe conditions.
• Modifications to the luminaire or battery pack will void all warranties
• Only authorized qualified electricians should conduct any repairs, replacement and maintenance to the luminaire
• Only genuine Dialight replacement parts
must
be used when unforeseen repairs are required.
• Observe all national safety rules and regulations during installation
This manual contains important information regarding the proper replacement installation of this luminaire. Before
installing and use of the luminaire, read and understand all instructions, cautions, notes and warnings, as well as all of the
labels affixed to the luminaire. Failure to do so could result in personal injury or damage to equipment and/or void all
warranties.

The disposal of a damaged battery pack

follow respective national and
regional regulations on waste disposal.
