DESCRIPTION
Ambient
Temperature
Ambient temperature as indicated by the LCM internal temperature probe. This output
indicates the ambient temperature surrounding the LCM. This output is not directly used
by
GFS Tools
.
Regulator Probe
(TH2)
The temperature and humidity of the LCM external TH Probe #2. The value should
indicate the temperature and humidity surrounding the regulator assembly at the top of the
reference gas cylinder. The temerature value is used for the air buoyance correciton of
the regulator assembly connected to the top of the reference gas cylinder.
Cylinder Probe
(TH3)
The temperature and humidity of the LCM external TH Probe #3. The value should
indicate the temperature and humidity surrounding the reference gas cylinder. The
temperature output is used to perform an air buoyancy correction on the reference gas
cylinder.
Cylinder Surface
Probe (IR)
The temperature output of the LCM infrared temperature probe. The temperature output is
used for the thermal expansion correction of the reference gas cylinder. The temperature
output also generates a warning in the GFS status indicator when the temperature output
approaches the current dew point temperature.
External PRT (T4)
The temperature output of the external LCM PRT. This PRT is used to measure the
temperature of the air surrounding the
Reference Mass
.
The output of this probe is used
to perform the air buoyancy correction of the Reference Mass required for AutoZero.

DUT/REFERENCE COMPARISON RUN SCREEN
This run screen contains a simple display of errors of all DUTs compared to the
GFS. The most common error output information is available on this display.
The information on the display is organized into rows and columns. The columns
separate different pieces of information. With the exception of the
<%Rdg
Error>
row, the rows separate the different devices. The first row is always the
GFS, the remaining rows alternate between DUT and %Rdg Error for the
different DUT comparisons to the GFS. Up to 2 simultaneous DUTs are
supported by
GFS Tools
.
Change the unit of measure and resolution of reference and DUT outputs by
right-clicking the output and selecting the desired function. Right-click any output
and select the [Strip Chart] option to create a strip chart using the selected output.
