Probe positions (not touching reference gas cylinder assembly):
•
TH Probe #2 should be close to the bottom of the first stage pressure regulator.
•
TH Probe #3 should be close to the side of the cylinder at mid cylinder height.
•
IR Probe should be about 4 inches away from cylinder surface, pointed at the
cylinder surface at mid cylinder height.

PREPARE THE HEAT EXCHANGER
The heat exchanger will arrive without any liquid and will need to be prepared prior to its initial
use. While water can be used alone, it is recommended to use a 50/50 mix of water and
antifreeze due to the prolonged period of time that the liquid would be expected to remain in the
exchanger.
