dramatically with a relatively stable
DUT flow.
One or more legs of the GFS Reference
Gas Cylinder carrier assembly are
touching the brass inserts of the AMH.
One or more of the LCM probes has lost
communication with the LCM.
Check alignment and correct if necessary.

Abort the test. Check all LCM probe
connections and cycle power on the LCM.
