Locate and select the Test Definition to be run (see Figure 98), then select “ Next ”. If
necessary, the “ View Editor ” button can be used to view details of the test and verify it is
the correct one intended to be run.

Select the DUT(s) to be run (see Figure 99). Typically with a molbloc the molbox is the
defined DUT, and the molbloc range and information are read into GFS Tools through the
molbox interface. Select “
Next ”.
