Transposing the pitch of the keyboard
The Transpose setting allows the pitch of your digital piano keyboard to
be raised or lowered in semi-tone steps.
This is particularly useful when accompanying instruments tuned for
different keys, or when a song learned in one key must be played in
another key or when a singer sing in a key different than the original
music.
1.
Press the [

] button.
The display shown the following page.

Use the

] buttons to adjust the transposition value.
“Transpose” setting
-12 ~ 0 ~ +12 (semitone units)
If you set a value different than 0, the [
L/K
] button indicator lights
and the keyboard is transposed.

Shifting the Tuning of a Keyboard Part
in Octave Steps
The Octave function is an useful parameter that allows you to change the
pitch of the selected part in octave steps (12 semitones at a time).
1.
From the Main page, press the "SETTING" Function button
to access the MAIN SETTING page.
The Main setting page can be also selected using [MENU] button

Use the [

] buttons to select the "Octave" parameter.

Use the

] buttons to set the desiderate octave for
the Main part.
In this page you can also adjust the audio level and mute the part.
For details see the "MENU Options (Advanced Section)".

To change the Octave of another keyboard part, press the
function button related to the part.
Practicing with the Metronome
The metronome provide a steady tempo to aid practicing the piano at a
consistent tempo.
1.
Press the [
] button.
The [
] button will blink, and the metronome will sound.
To change the Tempo value see "How to Adjust the Tempo Value"
2.
To stop the metronome, press the [
] button once again.
The [
] button indicator turn the lights off.
