IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
• Read all instructions before use of safety changing pad.
• Keep these instructions for future use.
• DO NOT use safety changing pad if it is damaged or broken.
• ONLY use on surface that is level, stable, and structurally sound with a minimum
surface dimensions of 16” x 32”.
• NEVER leave child unattended.
• ALWAYS use the attached safety strap.
• Maximum weight of child not to exceed 30 lbs.
USE INSTRUCTIONS:
This product is intended ONLY for diaper changing.
Follow all safety instructions listed above. No assembly or maintenence is required.
• Unbuckle and loosen safety strap before placing child on safety changing pad.
• Place child face up on the center of the pad, then securely fasten safety strap
around child’s midsection.
• Tighten safety strap so it fits snugly around child.
• When diaper changing is complete, unbuckle safety strap and remove child from
safety changing pad.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
Wipe with damp cloth and mild soap.
