Depress Bush (96) and remove Locking Piece (92 x 2), Bush
(96) and spring (97)

Remove the Tool Holder Assembly from the Service Jig.
Make sure the insert remains in place until the Tool Holder Unit is
clear of the Threaded Spindle of the service Jig.
