Specifying the destination using speed dial numbers

Note

The speed dial setting must have already been specified.

For information on setting up speed dial numbers, refer to “Adding des-
tinations” on page 3-37.

Ho to use speed dial numbers

Press the [Scan] key.

The machine enters Scan mode, and the scan screen appears.

Press the [Speed Dial] key, and then
use the 10-key pad to enter the 3-
digit speed dial number programmed
with the e-mail address where you
want to send the scan data.

If you make a mistake, press the
[No/C] key, and then enter the
correct number.
