Main Menu
Central telephone book entries can
be accessed only by entering the
system PIN. If the system PIN is set
to “0000”, all groups have access to
these entries.
1ƒNew entry
: Select
Personal
or
Central
. After
Central
you may
have to key in the system PIN.
If you select
Personal
, enter the
Name
and
First name
. You can en-
ter up to three telephone numbers
per entry (
Office
,
Mobile
and
Private
). You then select
Default
and confirm the selected
settings with
and
Save
.
In the central telephone book you
can assign the new entry (the name
must be unique) a speed-dialling
number (
Abbrev. no.
). The system
offers you the next free speed-dial-
ling number. You can accept this
number or specify another one that
is still free.
Save
the entry.
2ƒEdit
: Select
Personal
or
Central
. After
Central
you may
have to key in the system PIN.
Enter the name next to
Name
or (for
Central
) the speed-dialling
number next to
Abbrev. no
. If
there is no entry matching your se-
arch, the list is displayed. Select the
desired entry.
Select
Delete

Edit
.
If you select
Edit
, the name, tele-
phone number and any speed-dial-
ling number appear in the display.
Change the entries in these lines and
Save
them.
MenuCard “Voicebox”
You can use this MenuCard to edit
new and existing voicebox messages
and to edit voicebox settings.
1 Voicebox mess.:
You see the
list of messages received and can
edit it. Use
Play
to listen to your
messages,
Delete
to delete se-
lected messages, or
Dial
to call
back.
You can also use the number keys

(rewind),
5
(pause) and
6
(fast for-
ward) to control message playback.
You use
Info
to view the telephone
number or user name of the caller, as
well as the date and time of the se-
lected message.
2 Call voicebox
(You activate
the OpenVoice voice menu.)
Call your voicebox and identify your-
self with your code when prompted
to do so. OpenVoice informs you
whether you have any new mes-
sages. You can also edit new and ex-
isting messages and voicebox set-
tings. Follow the voice menu
instructions.
