Replacing the sintering chamber

✔

The furnace is switched off and disconnected from the power supply.

1. Loosen the two screws (A) in the furnace roof (B).
2. Remove the furnace roof (B) by lifting it slightly and pulling it forward.

3. Release the two cables (C) that are connected to the temperature

sensor (D).

4. Release the cables from the fastening clamp (E).

IMPORTANT

Mark the contacts to prevent them from being mixed up during

installation.

NOTICE

The temperature sensor is in the center of the furnace chamber. The

sensor is encased by a ceramic tube and is very fragile. Proceed

carefully when removing the sensor.
