When the TV is connected, check the voltage on

When using a DENON Blu-ray/DVD player, is the
" HDMI " indicator of the fluorescent display lit?
Proceed to "

produced by other manufactures.
Check operation of the [IC721, IC731].
(Connect the Blu-ray/DVD player to the video input 480P/TV.)
Replace the [IC721, IC731].

Replace the [IC731].
The Blu-ray/DVD player does not recognize the connection with this unit.

When the Blu-ray/DVD player is connected, check the voltage of the HDMI connector input on
the side that the Blu-ray/DVD player is connected to.
Check the waveform of DDC_CLK/DDC_DATA
Is the each TMDS signal 3.3V?
