Assembly Instructions
Starter Panel has
barrel inserts. A bolt
will screw into it.
Adder Panel has holes. A
bolt will pass through it.
Double holes indicate
bottom of panels.
Bottom frames
towards wall.

Lay out panels and top frames
as shown on a carpeted floor.
See # 8 before starting, multiple
units can be assembled and lifted
into place at a time. Starter panels
only begin and end a “run” of
shelving.
NOTE: At
least two
people
during
assembly
for best
results.
STARTERS
ADDERS
TOP
FRAMES
* On 36” to 60”H units
finished side faces up.
* On 72” & 82”H units
un-finished side faces up.
Tools needed:
1/2” box wrench
OR 1/2” socket
wrench, and
Philips Head
Screwdriver.

Turn top frame, 1st starter and bottom frame on edge as shown. Align holes with barrel inserts. Pass bolt
with washer through the frame brace holes. HAND TIGHTEN the bolts into the starter panel barrel inserts.
3.
Turn 2nd top frame, adder panel &
bottom frames on edge as shown. Align
adder panel holes with holes on the two
frame braces. Pass the bolt through both
sets top frame holes. Place the T-nut on
the bolt. HAND TIGHTEN. Repeat step 3
as needed. NOTE: Starter panels only,
begin and end a “run” of shelving.
NOTE:
Bottom
frames
should be
placed far
enough away
from the wall to
slide backs into
place from bottom.

* 2-1/2” SCREWS ARE FOR SCREWING THROUGH THE
HOLES IN THE TOP FRAME BLOCKS
AND INTO THE UPRIGHT PANELS.
DUE TO THE RISK OF TIPPING, SINGLE FACED SHELVING MUST BE ANCHORED TO THE WALL OR TO
THE FLOOR. ANY OTHER USE IS NOT WARRANTIED. THE MANUFACTURER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR
SHELVING THAT IS INSTALLED INCORRECTLY.
