DEVICE RESET
9.1
SETTINGS RESET
The user can reset
DELTA-neo N2H
configuration to the factory default configuration whether by pressing more
than 3 seconds the converter button or by clicking on the
Reset to factory defaults
button in the
ADMIN
webpage.
Note that in this case, the user password is reset.
The switch button described in point 6 can be disabled only for switching source by selecting the toggle button
and by applying the change.

9.2
FACTORY RESET
This function is only available for
DELTA-neo N2H
firmware lower than 2.0.
In case of firmware bricked or forgotten password, the user can perform a complete factory reset by pressing
the converter button during the whole booting sequence. When running this failsafe firmware (version 1.3.0),
the user can make a system firmware update (see
) to set
DELTA-neo N2H
to the latest
firmware versions.
9.3
FAILSAFE MODE
This function is only available for
DELTA-neo N2H
firmware greater or equal than 2.0.
In case of firmware bricked or forgotten password, the user can perform a failsafe mode recovery by pressing
the converter button during the whole booting sequence. The user can release the button once the splash screen
“
Update in progress
” is displayed.
At the end of the recovery, a “
Failsafe
” splash screen is displayed and the
failsafe
webserver mode is
active.
