36. Press the
SET
Key to show the value.
37. Use
SHIFT

UP
and
DOWN
Keys to setup the
maximum speed of the mechanism (unit: rpm;
range: 0~the maximum speed of the motor). Then,
press the
SET
Key to save it.
38. Re-servo ON the servo drive.
39. Press the
MODE
Key to select the parameter
function mode.
40. Press the
SHIFT
Key to select the parameter group
mode to P2 group
41. Press the
UP
Key to select the parameter to P2-08.
42. Press the
SET
Key to show the value.
43. Use
SHIFT
,
UP
and
DOWN
Keys to set the value
to 40. Then, press the
SET
Key to save the value.
44. Press the
SHIFT
Key to select the parameter group
mode to PM group.
45. Press the
SET
Key to show the value.
46. Use
SHIFT
,
UP
and
DOWN
Keys to set the value
to 01 and press the
SET
Key to save the value.
47. After servo ON (P2-30=1), the motor starts to
estimate.
※
The motor will operate one cycle in forward and
reverse direction.
48. When AL.050 occurs (see the figure on the right), it
means the estimation is completed. Please
re-servo ON the servo drive.

If it occurs other ALARM, please refer to the table
of troubleshooting.
