Installing the heat sink assembly

NOTE: 

This procedure is only for the UMA model. In the discrete model, heat sink is secured to the system board with four 

screws.

1 

Place the heat sink assembly on the system board.

2 

Replace the six (M2x3) screws that secure the heat sink assembly on the system board.

NOTE: 

•

Replace the heat sink assembly screws in sequential order as indicated on the heat-sink.

3 

Connect the system fan cable to the connector on system board.
