Removing the coin cell
1. Follow the procedure in

CAUTION:
Back up the data before removing the coin cell. Removal of the coin cell resets the BIOS and may cause
No Boot, No POST, or potential loss of data.
Disconnect the battery cable from its connector on the system board [1].
4. Lift and remove the coin cell from the system [2].
NOTE:
A strong adhesive is used on the coin cell; a bit of force is needed to peel the battery from the palmrest.
Installing the coin cell
1. Place the coin cell battery into the system [1].
2. Connect the coin cell battery cable to its connector on the system board [2].
