Hard Disk Over Write
NOTE:
HDD Disk Over Write feature is available only when the optional hard disk is installed.
Purpose:
To set whether to overwrite the hard disk drive.

To specify how many times an administrator can attempt to log in to

Set Available Time - Print
Purpose:
To specify the time to enable the secure setting for the Print function.

Secure Job Expiration
NOTE:
Secure Job Expiration feature is available only when RAM Disk is enabled with the optional 512MB memory module
installed or the optional hard disk is installed.
Purpose:
To specify the date and time to delete the files stored as Secure Print in the optional 512MB memory module or the
optional hard disk drive.
Values:
Data Encryption
Encryption
Sets whether to encrypt the data.
Encryption Key
Sets a key that is required to encrypt.
Re-enter Encryption Key
Enter the new key again to confirm.
