Log on to the Dell EMC Unity storage array where you want to create a NAS server.

to create a new server.

Using the wizard, perform the following:
a
Type the name, tenant, storage pool, and SP.
b
Select the Ethernet port (physical link), IPv4/IPv6 information, and VLAN.
c
Select the NFS, SMP, or FTP protocols.

Select the NIS and DNS servers.

Create a second NAS server with similar characteristics on the other SP.
Creating a file system
Specify the file system size, storage type, the NAS server, and other characteristics, such as snapshots
and replication.

Set the NAS protocol and server.

Type the name and description of the file system.

Set the pool, capacity, and tiering policy.
