Short Form Specifications
Exterior Body
: Front of unit is provided with a 10” (25.4 cm) high glass
sneezeguard. Each side of unit is trimmed with black aluminum extrusion
formed to match the curvature of the sides. Base of cabinet is 18-gauge
stainless steel over 14-gauge galvanized steel bottom structure. Exterior
top of display case is constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel. Exterior
sides are finished with stainless steel. Unit is completely insulated with
1.50” (3.8 cm) polyurethane insulation. Adjustable feet allow for leveling.
Interior Cabinet
is constructed of 18-gauge stainless steel top and bot-
tom. Interior sides are ABS material covered with mirrors. One 0.50” x
10” (1.27 cm x 25.4 cm) lexan shelf is provided and is adjustable on mul-
lions located at each end and center of cabinet. Interior is lighted with one
(120v-60c-1ph) fluorescent light with separate on/off switch located on the
base.
Refrigeration
: The condensing unit (HFC-404A) 115v-60c-1ph, is housed
in base of unit. Unit is designed to maintain temperatures of 36º to 40ºF
at ambient room temperature of 75°F and relative humidity of 55%. Low
velocity fans push air through the evaporator coil to form an air screen
above and throughout the product. Display is equipped with a hot gas
evaporator for condensation and is regulated by a temperature control.
Louvers are located at front and back of base for air circulation. On/off
switch for entire system is located in the base.
