8.1 Alarms
With SGC 120/121 it is possible to configure several Shutdown/Electrical trip, Warning and Notification alarms, for example Low oil
pressure shutdown, Overload warning, and more.
An alarm occurs when the pre-configured parameter is out of preset level. The Alarm LED flashes and the Sounder alarm activates
(if configured). The controller shows the alarm names on the Alarms display and the nature of alarm on Engine status display.
To acknowledge the alarms, press the
Up
and
Down
buttons simultaneously.
All alarms are activated from Engine ON, for example after crank disconnect, or Monitoring ON, for example after the Safety
monitoring timer expires, or Always. The controller does not send the start command if Warning, Electrical trip or Shutdown alarms
are left unacknowledged.
