THERE IS NO VOLTAGE SUPPLY
Check the power cable is connected and undamaged.
Contact your dealer or Dehaco.
THE SHOWER WATER IS
NOT BEING PUMPED AWAY AND THE
DRAIN PUMP IS
NOT
running
Ø
Cause: The pump has probably not been cleaned
fully before being placed in storage and has not been
used for some time. The impeller of the pump may be
fixed to the housing.
Remove the power supply from the YO28 water
management system and take the power plug from the
socket.
The impeller of the motor is accessible from the rear
side of the machine: insert a small screwdriver or blade
through the cover of the left motor and rotate the impeller
somewhat, the pump is then "loose" again.
THE SHOWER WATER IS
NOT PUMPED AWAY; THE DRAIN
PUMP IS RUNNING, BUT IS NOT SUCKING
Check the hoses for kinks.
The pump is dry and needs a minimum amount of water
before suction can be applied:
Ø
Turn off the YO28.
Ø
Close the red hose tap (4).
Ø
Disconnect the yellow hose from the outlet.
Ø
Connect the drainage tap to the drain using the short
hose provided (1 + 3).
Ø
Open both taps (1 + 3) so that water can flow into the
pump. The pump does
not need to be switched on
.
Ø
Wait a few minutes.
Ø
Connect everything back for normal use.
Contact your dealer or Dehaco.
SHOWER DOES NOT WORK, THE LED INDICATOR IS
YELLOW
,
BUT THE TANK IS
NOT EMPTY
Check the water temperature: the heating element is not
disconnected if the water is > 38 ºC, this means the water is
TOO HOT!
This additional protection comes into operation
when the water temperature is 50 °C. When the water falls
below the 20 °C, the heating element is switched on again.
Solution:
Ø
Pull the plug from the wall socket.
Ø
Allow the YO28 to cool and/or drain the hot
water.
Ø
Check or replace the heating element.
Ø
Refill the tank with cold water.
Ø
Restart YO28.
