8  Troubleshooting

8.1 

Resolving operating errors

If the boiler malfunctions, a code is displayed on the main screen of the 

control panel. This code is important for the correct and rapid diagnosis of 

the type of malfunction and for any technical assistance that may be 

needed.
There are 3 types of error:

1. Make a note of the code displayed on the screen.

2. Remedy the problem described by the error code or contact the 

installer.

3. Switch the boiler off and back on to check that the cause of the error 

has been removed.

4. If the code is displayed again, contact the installer.

8.2 

Error codes

An error code is a temporary status resulting from the detection of an 

anomaly on the boiler.
When one of the codes below is displayed, contact the professional 

responsible for maintenance of the boiler.
