Preassemble the bottom cross support tube and brackets as shown 

with ¼ “x 2 ¼”

 

bolts while leaving the nuts loose.

Preassemble the Upper Deck Support as shown below with 4 1/2

nuts.

Preassemble the Base Plates and Tires as shown below. The regular nut should be on 
the inside and the serrated nut should be to the outside of the base plate. Take care 
to tighten the bolt and nuts to allow the tire to spin freely but not be loose on the 
bolt. 

Use 2 ½” x 3 ¼” bolts with hex nut between tire and bracket

 and flange nut on 

outside of plate.
