Be sure to set the width of the dolly to hold the dolly as shown below to hold the deck 

mount as close to the bracket as possible.

Align the Upper Deck Support into the front deck mount leaving about an 1/8” of 

space between the 

½” rod

 and the top of the deck mount. This is to insure that when in 

the upright position the weight of the deck is on the lower mounts. Tighten these bolts. 

Dolly should appear as shown below.
