Parts List:

  4 -  Polymer concrete panels (color-matched

panels with threaded inserts)

  16 - 10-32 x 3/8" machine screws

  16 - 1" fender washers

Tools Required:

  Electric drill

1/4" and 3/8" diameter twist drill bits

  Phillips screwdriver (#2)

  Drill template (provided in carton)

1.  Remove and inspect all panels from the master pack. Set aside.
2.  Locate, remove and retain corrugated drill template from the master pack.

The template will be used to assist in drilling the holes necessary for

mounting the panels on the four sides of the waste container.

3.  Remove cover from the waste container and set aside. Lay waste container

on one side.

4.  Position the drill template on the side of the unit that is facing upward. Line

up the edges of the template with the recessed panel on the side of the

waste container. TO ENSURE PROPER ALIGNMENT, MAKE SURE THE

TEMPLATE IS LYING FLAT AND DOES NOT MOVE WHILE DRILLING

HOLES. (See Illustration 1.)

5.  While holding the template firmly in place, drill (4) 1/4" diameter holes in the

side of the waste container using the holes provided in the drill template.

Repeat step 4 for all sides of the waste container.

6.  Using the 1/4" holes already drilled as pilot or starter holes, drill through

each pilot hole with the 3/8" diameter drill bit for all four sides.

7.  To install the panels on the sides of the waste container, lay (1) panel face

down on a solid working height surface or table with the (4) threaded

inserts facing upward. For best results, lay the panel on a section of the

corrugated packing material or other material to prevent scratching of the

panels.

8.  Position the waste container on top of the panel that is on the table height

work surface. (See Illustration 2.) Line up the threaded inserts with the holes

drilled in the waste container.

9.  Reach inside to secure the panel to the waste container with (4) 10-32 x

3/8" machine screws and (4) fender washers. Repeat steps 7 through 9 on

all sides of the waste container. (See Illustration 3.)

10.  Remove waste container from work surface and stand upright. Install the

appropriate trash bag and replace the cover for use.

To clean the panels, use any standard non-abrasive household cleaner or

window cleaner. To renew the sheen and appearance of the panels after

use, household furniture polish or furniture oil may be applied.
