3.4.1.2 How to create user accounts on the image server
User management software
System Administrators can use their Windows login details to access the user management application on
the image server.
Optos Advance review software
Optos Advance user accounts
MUST
be created on the image server.
1. Login to Optos Advance .
2. Select Settings .
3. Select User Management > Accounts .
4. Select Add .
5. Enter the details for the new user and select the privileges to be assigned to them.
6. Select Save .
3.4.1.3 How to change users
To change users, logout of the software and allow the other user to login.
3.4.2 How to change the language on the scan head
You can change the language on the scan head by following these steps:
1. Log in to the scan head using the touch screen.
2. Select
To admin .
3. Select Language .
4. Select a language from the list.
5. Select X to set the language and close the page.
3.4.3 How to change the language displayed in OptosAdvance
All users can change the language displayed in Optos Advance .
1. Login to the system.
2. Select Settings .
3. Select
Preferences > User Preferences .
4. Select the
Preferred Language .
5. Select Save .
3.4.4 Storing and archiving images
Image storage is provided by Optos Advance .
Storage status and archive configurations are accessed by selecting Settings > Device > Dicom .
Your Administrator is responsible for maintaining the storage and archive settings. You can get help storing
and archiving in the Optos
Advance help files or contact your Optos representative, see Contact us on
page 55.
