EBP25 INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Congratulations on your purchase of the Davies, Craig EBP25.
PLEASE READ ALL THESE INSTRUCTIONS THOROUGHLY BEFORE YOU START WORK.
DON’T RUSH - ENSURE YOU HAVE FULL UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORK AHEAD BEFORE YOU
COMMENCE. ENSURE YOU HAVE ALL TOOLS AND COMPONENTS REQUIRED.
COMPONENTS:
EBP25 - PUMP
EBP25 wiring loom
EBP25 Plug adaptor
NEW EBP25 INSTALLATION
Install the EBP
®
into the hose. If required mount the EBP
®
using attached bracket.
For the best results the EBP
®
should be located low in the system and close to the outlet of
the radiator, intercooler or tank.
You will need to use the EBP25 wiring loom (supplied) when wiring the EBP
®
.
REPLACING EXISTING EBP25 (PART #9005 OR #9105)
Replace your old EBP25
(
part #9005 or #9105) with your new EBP25 and if required
mount the EBP
®
using attached bracket.
To reuse the existing wiring, the EBP25 plug adaptor (supplied) can be used.

NOTE: It’s recommended that a relay (not supplied) is used to supply power to the EBP25.

Davies, Craig has a full range of Thermatic
®
Switches available in both mechanical (#0401,
#0404 & #0400) and Digital Thermatic
®
Switches (#0444 & #0500).
Wire the pump as directed by the wiring instructions provided with the Thermatic
®
Switch.

ON/OFF

To allow the EBP
®
to run on after hot shutdown, wire the Switch direct to the battery.
