3.3.3 Color Spill Menu
Color Spill Menu
The Color Spill Menu controls the
Suppression or unwanted Chroma Spill
from the background onto the foreground.
Chroma spill is the area around a subject
that is being keyed out.
If you have a red apple on a red sheet,
some of the apple might be keyed out
because it is also red. This is caused by
color spill. Adjusting the color spill will
allow you to control exactly what is keyed
out, in this case, just the red sheet.
3.3.3.1 Chroma Acceptance Control
The Chroma Acceptance Control
determines how much of the available color
space should be ‘Chroma-suppressed’.
Usually a large value such as 150 degrees
will produce better results.
