No. Problems Solutions
1. The device stops responding
unexpectedly. When the PTR-10 MARK II is overloaded, the
device power will be automatically
disconnected. To resume power, first turn off
the device, unplug the power cable for more
than 15 seconds, then reconnect the power
and turn on the device.
2 DC Out does not supply power. Once the short circuit protection is activated to
cut the power, you will need to reboot the
device to resume supplying power to the
camera.
3 How to prevent activation of short circuit
protection after we start supplying
power to the device. We recommend establishing all cable
connections to the camera first before
switching ON the PTR-10 MARK II.
