5.6 CG
The CG function allows the user to place scrolling texts (News), a still picture (Graphic), a logo and an
animated image above the video layer. Various CG layers will be discussed in this section.
News
News allows you to place the scrolling text over the video.
First pre-enter the scrolling text content into a text file then upload the text file to iCast 10NDI.
Lastly, customize the following text properties.
Note: You can only enter up to 15 lines of text into the text file only and for Chinese text, please
set the font type to UTF-8.
Size: Set the font size to large, medium or small.

Font: NotoSerifCJKtc and Open are the two available font types.
Text Color: You can set the text color to Black, Blue, Green, Orange, Red, White or Yellow.
Border Line: Select ON to enable the border line of the text entered.
Border Color: The border line color can be set to Black, White or Yellow.
